Shipping

Whimspire Books offers flat rate shipping of $4.99 on all mailed orders. All of our books are carefully packaged and shipped within 2-3 business days via USPS. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you are a local school (Northern California) doing an author visit with us, the author will bring the signed books to the school on the day of the visit at no charge.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at inquiries@whimspirebooks.com. We will provide you with a return label and instructions. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund or send out your exchange within 3-5 business days.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot cancel orders after they have shipped. If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
